On March 19th, 2020 the Bi-County Health Officer, Dr. Phuong Luu announced that starting Friday, March 20th a directive for residents to shelter in place. This order limits activity, travel and business functions to only the most essential needs and is intended to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Erle Road Self Storage office will not be open to the general public for walk in business during this timeframe. We will be available via phone and email to assist you with your needs or the needs of future tenants. Our first priority is the health and safety of our tenants and staff. Having said that, our on-site staff and our office staff will continue to remain on the grounds as they always have been in the past. We are still a functioning business using our best efforts to ensure your property is safe.
We ask that you try to follow all the guidelines that have been outlined by our health officials if you are on the grounds. Please stay at least 6 feet from any staff or tenants you may encounter while on the grounds. Please limit your time in the facility as much as you deem possible. Please do not ask to use the restroom, it is closed to all but staff until this order is lifted. After using keypad, please clean your hands or better yet, use a glove when pressing the buttons to access and leave the facility.
Requests for self storage unit rents will be handled thru telephone, email or with very restrictive appointments. We have chosen to assist those who need storage, in a manner which creates the least amount of human contact. Not the way we prefer to do business, but what we feel ls best at this time.
We ask that your payments for rent during this period of time be in form of a credit card, debit card or money order. We are trying to limit our employees contact with cash as it can be a transmitter of the virus.
We thank you for your business and appreciate your assistance in "Sheltering in Place to Reduce Spread of COVID- 19".
